Scope of Work

• Green field development of 8 acres of land including all civil structures, compound wall and site development works at Parawada, Visakhapatnam, Andhra Pradesh. Project completed in a record time of 12 months.
• Development of manufacturing buildings (G+3 & G+2) , Admin canteen block (G+2), Utility building (G+1), DG house (G+1), RM & FG warehouse (G+1), Boiler & coal storage shed, & Effluent treatment plant.
• Development of other facilities like two security buildings, pump house, fire water tank, UG solvent, gas storage, two drum storages, solvent recovery plant and pipe racks roads.
